 Welcome Congolese Citizens Services at the Democratic Republic of Congo Embassy in Washington DC. This section provides information on specific consular services available to Congolese citizens and native of Congo in the USA. 

U.S. Citizen Services are available by appointment only.  You may schedule an appointment through our online appointment system.  We will not accept appointments for routine services via telephone, email or walk-in requests.

U.S. citizens who need emergency services are welcome to come during normal U.S. Embassy Consular Section public hours which are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Please note that the Embassy is closed on the weekend and on the DRCand American holidays.

Please note: Applicants are not permitted to take electronics, liquids, sharp objects, food, or large bags/purses to appointments at the Embassy.  Don’t miss your appointment – leave prohibited items at home!
